Featuring a fully redesigned midsole, Mizuno has enhanced the Inspire's cushioning and energy return by providing a thick layer of full-length ENERZY NXT Nitrogen Infused EVA foam. In the heel, an extra layer of the ENERZY NXT's EVA variant provides stability and durability, while a Mizuno Wave plate has been strategically included in the shoe's arch to help prevent arch collapse and to enable smooth weight transfer as you roll through your stride.
